    Raspberry Herb Dressing

    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
    1 tablespoons coarsely chopped garlic
    1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 1/4 cups Olive oil

    Blend all ingredients except oil in blender/food processor.
    Gradually add oil to running blender. Can be refrigerated for
    use ahead.
