Rosemary Vinaigrette Dressing

List of Ingredients
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
or 3 tbsp fresh rosemary
3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper Recipe
A small blender or food processor would be great for this.
Blend vinegar and rosemary until smooth.
Slowly add oil until mixed well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Strain and pour into bottle. Refrigerate until ready to use.
