List of Ingredients
1 c. white or cider vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chopped scallions
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
salt, optional
2 tbsp. olive oil
Recipe
In a food processor or blender, pulse the vinegar, water, sugar, scallions, parsley, and salt, if using.
With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the oil and continue to mix for 1 minute.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Shake or stir before using.
Makes 21 servings.
