Low Fat Vinegar Dill Dressing

1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. flavored vinegar, ( raspberry, blueberry, or herbal)
1 tbsp. dried dill or 4 sprigs fresh minced dill
2 tsp. dried parsley or 2 sprigs fresh minced parsley
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
Recipe
In a small bowl, combine the vinegars.
Using a blender or food processor, add the dill, parsley, mustard, vinegars and honey.
With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and continue to mix for 1 minute.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Stir or shaking before using.
Can store in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Makes 16 servings.
