Creamy Dilled Cucumbers
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried dill, or 1 tbsp. freshly chopped
In a small bowl, toss the cucumber slices with the salt.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Combine the rest of the ingredients.
Drain the cucumbers and combine with the sour cream mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 6 servings.
