Omit eggs and onions in this and picky kids will eat it up!! Simple.
Macaroni Salad #4, easy**
1/2 pound elbow macaroni, cooked al dente, drained
3 diced hard boiled eggs
1/4 to 1/2 cup sweet hamburger relish
1/2 small diced onion
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together and refrigerate. Can be used in a
couple of hours but best if left overnight.
If you have picky eaters that don't like eggs,
celery, onion or olives...I have used 1/2 - 3/4
cup green pickle relish and 1 teaspoon powdered
onion instead...it turns out a bit different but
it's still good, AND the kids eat it.
