Macaroni Salad #5, w/creamy dressing
1 pound al dente cooked macroni
2 cups diced sweet peppers
1 cup diced onion
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 - 2 Tablespoons celery seed
1/2 cup grated carrots
for dressing:
2 cups mayonnaise
1, 13/14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar.
Mix all together in an airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 4 -6 hours.
Stir well before serving.
