Pasta Crabmeat Salad
8 ounces shell pasta
6 1/2 ounces lump crabmeat, flaked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. chopped onion
2 finely chopped hard boiled eggs
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Cook pasta al dente to package directions; drain and cool.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving, if desired.
Makes 10 servings.
