Potato Salad #10, Italian
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. milk
2 packets dry Good Seasons Italian Dressing
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
Mix all ingredients gently.
Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours before using.
Makes 7 cups.
