    Vegetable Salad #2, no cooking

    1 head raw cauliflower
    2 bunches raw broccoli
    8 chopped green onions, (scallions)
    1 - 1 1/2 cups diced celery
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 cup salad dressing of choice or mayonnaise
    1 package dry ranch dressing mix

    Break apart cauliflower and broccoli apart and stir with other vegetables.
    Mix together sour cream, amyonnaise and dressing.
    Pour over vegetables and mix well.
    Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
