This is so good, it should serve 4 but usually only serves 2. Enjoy!
Barbequed Beef Stuffed BreadLoaf
1 whole loaf of bread (French works great)
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1, 12 ounce bottle your favorite barbecue sauce
1, 8 ounce package shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare loaf by cutting off the top of the loaf. Set aside.
Remove the bread from inside of the loaf, making a shell.
Grind bread taken out into crumbs and set aside.
In skillet, brown ground beef. Drain.
Stir barbeque sauce and bread crumbs into ground beef.
Pour mixture into bread shell and spread evenly.
Sprinkle top with cheese and Return top of bread loaf.
Wrap in foil and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until it is heated through and the
cheese is melted.
Slice for individual servings.
