Ham Spread #6, w/cream cheese

1 cup butter (or margarine) softened
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
8 to 10 oz. ground ham (can use leftover or deli sliced)
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions, (scallion type)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Process the ham into fine particles.
Combine butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl;
beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add ham and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Serve with assorted crackers for an appetizer or with
biscuits, muffins, toast, or variety breads on a brunch table.
