Roast Beef Wraps
1 1/3 cups reduced-fat cream cheese
4, 9/10 inch flour tortillas
1/2 red onion, sliced
4 fresh spinach leaves
8 ounces roast beef, sliced,
...(if you use leftover roast beef,
...be sure to chop well and use 1/4
...on each wrap)
For each wrap, spread a small amount of the cream
cheese over the surface of a tortilla.
Layer the onion, spinach, and roast beef on top.
Roll, and fold.
Makes 4 servings.
