    Avocado-Shrimp Filling:
    1/4 C. chopped avocado
    1/4 C. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 C. chopped, cooked shrimp
    Mix well. Makes 3/4 C.

    Walnut-Smoked Cheese Filling:
    1/4 C. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 C. smoked cheese spread or grated smoked cheese
    1/4 C. mayonnaise
    Mix well.
    Makes 1 1/2 C.

    Apricot-Almond Filling:
    1 C. stewes dried apricots, chopped or pureed
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1/2 C. chopped almonds
    Mix well.
    Makes 1 1/2 C.

    Salmon-Cucumber Filling:
    1 C. flaked slamon
    1/4 C. mayonnaise
    1/2 C. chopped cucumber
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    Mix well.
    Makes 1 1/2 C.

    Orange-Pecan Cheese Filling:
    2 pkgs (3-oz each) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 C. chopped pecans
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    Mix well.
    Makes 1 1/4 C.
