    List of Ingredients




    1 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup butter
    1 egg
    1/2 cup fine/freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon dried parsley

    Recipe



    Cook the cream, butter and egg until hot enough to melt buter.
    Add the Parmesan cheese and parsley.

    Mix the sauce with chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, shrimp, etc.
    Then serve with pasta.
