2 tsp. butter or bacon drippings
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. water
2 c. beef stock
Recipe
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
Add the flour and make into a paste.
Slowly whisk in the water.
Whisk in the beef stock.
Cook over a medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
