    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    1 1/2 tablespoons powdered cocoa
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup butter, no substitution
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Whisk everything except the vanilla together in a pan.
    Bring to a gentle boil. Cook until thickened. Remove
    heat and add vanilla.
