    Cranberry Apple Sauce

    1 pound Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1, 16 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Combine apples and orange juice in medium saucepan.
    Simmer, covered, until apples are barely tender.
    Stir in cranberry sauce, orange peel and cinnamon.
    Makes about 3 cups.
    Serve with poultry.
