I think I'd like to try this using pineapple tidbits
instead of the crushed as I like pineapple.

..........
No ham should be served without this delicious
sauce to accompany it! This is one of those
sweet and sour dishes served at Amish family gatherings.

Pineapple Sauce

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard or
...1 Tablespoon of prepared yellow
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
4 ounces crushed pineapple

Blend all of the ingredients together and serve.
May heat before serving if desired.
