Barbeque Sauce, pumpkin

1 cup catsup
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup solid pack canned pumpkin
1/2 cup plum sauce
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons freshly minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon hot sauce, or to taste

Blend everthing together in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Then simmer for 10 minutes, or until thick. Let cool.
Serve with turkey, chicken, or pork.
Makes 16 servings.
