    Seafood Cocktail Sauce

    Recipe Introduction

    This sauce is best for shrimp and is also good on scallops.

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. tomato ketchup
    1 tbsp. prepared horseradish, (not sauce)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients well.
    Refrigerate for up to 3 days until ready to use. Discard any left after that.
    Do not save, store, or reuse sauce after dipping.
    Makes 16 servings.
