    Stir Fry Thickening Sauce

    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 teaspoons cornstarch
    1 cup water

    Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, cornstarch
    and water and set aside.
    After stir fry is all put together, be sure to stir
    thickening mixture and then add to stir fry. Stir while
    thickening and then again, briefly before serving.
