Turkey Gravy, (zesty)
5 c. turkey stock
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 c. water
Bring the turkey stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Use a small bowl to stir together the flour and seasonings.
Dissolve the flour mixture with the water.
Gradually whisk into the turkey stock.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat, and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes, or until thickened.
Makes 6 cups or 24 servings.
