List of Ingredients

Poultry Seasoning Mix - (Cajun)

4 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon cayenne
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
3 dashes cumin

Combine all items in a small bowl.
Store in a covered container.
Sprinkle on any poultry to your taste.
Makes 12 teaspoons - 4 tablespoons.
