There are different kinds of pumpkin pie spice mixes,
but this is the one I found that works the best in any
recipe calling for pumpkin.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mixture

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoons ground cloves


This recipe is the ratio of ingredients for 2 pies.
Use 2 1/2 teaspoons for 2 pies, 1 1/4 teaspoons for 1.

Double, triple, quadruple or more so you have a batch
on hand, keep it in an old, small spice jar.
Be sure to label the contents.
