Dumplings #5, (noodle)
4 cups flour
1 cup warm chicken broth from can
1 egg
1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Put flour into a large bowl, and make a well.
Pour broth, egg, salt, and parsley into well.
Mix ingredients in the well ONLY using a fork until a soft dough forms. Let it rest.
On a well floured surface, roll out the dough (flipping it while rolling) until very thin.
Flour dough, and cut into parallelograms.(diamond shaped, I think)
Put several parallelograms into a boiling broth.
When they float to the top, they are done.
Place dumplings into a crock pot on low.
If broth level gets low before all dumplings are cooked,
add more chicken broth from a can.
