List of Ingredients

Sweet + Sour Onions

4 large sweet onions, sliced
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup white granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Place onions a shallow 1 quart baking dish.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over onions.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until onions are tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
