2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour (measure after sifting)
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat the oven to 450. Need an 11x7" baking pan or ring mold.
Beat the eggs and the milk together.
Sift the flour and salt together stir into the egg mixture.
Beat the batter until well it is blended.
Discard most of the fat from the beef drippings.
Heat the baking pan or ring mold.
Pour 1/4 c. of the beef drippings into the pan.
Pour in the pudding mixture and bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 350 and bake for 15 - 20 minutes longer or until
puffy and a delicate brown.
Cut into squares and serve immediately with roast beef.
Makes 4 servings.
