Chicken Chili Stew

Recipe Introduction
This is so easy, and great for those cold winter evenings. Don't leave
off the toppings, they make a good dish GREAT!
List of Ingredients
Chicken Chili Stew
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1 cup chopped onion
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cans (14 1/2 oz ea) stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained but with small amount saved
1/2 cup Picante sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
***toppings***
shredded cheddar cheese
slicd green onions
diced avacado
sour cream
Cook chicken, onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil in dutch oven or
large skillet until chicken loses its pink color. Add remaining
ingredients (except, of course, topping stuff) and simmer 20 minutes.
Ladle into bowls, pass toppings. Good served with corn bread.Recipe
