Chicken Noodle Soup

List of Ingredients
1 fryer chicken, washed and cut up
1 thinly sliced carrot
1 c. chopped celery
1 6 - 8oz. pkg. noodlesRecipe
Place the chicken in a small stockpot.
Add enough water to just cover the chicken.
Cover and cook until the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken from the pot to a bowl.
Strain the broth and return it to the pot.
Remove all the bones, skin, etc. from the chicken and
chop the chicken up.
Return the chicken to the stockpot and bring to a boil.
Add the carrot and celery and stir.
Add the noodles and stir slightly.
Let simmer until the noodles are tender.
It may be necessary to some water.
Also may add a tbsp. or two of butter a richer soup
is desired.
