Hamburger Goulash Soup
1 pound ground beef hamburger
1 to 2 cups diced potatoes
1, 10 ounce package frozen peas
1/2 small onion, choppped
1/2 sweet green bell pepper, chopped
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
beef broth
Fry hamburger, drain.
Mix vegetables, soup and seasonings together in
a medium stockpot. Stir in hamburger.
Pour in enough broth to cover.
Simmer 30 minutes.
