List of Ingredients
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
white pepper
garlic salt
6 - 8 cans chicken broth
dash of lemon pepper
1/3 block of a 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/3 - 1/4 pkg. pepe pastaRecipe
Mix the bread crumbs, ground beef, pepper and salt together.
Roll into marble or smaller size, (dime size) meatballs.
"Bake" on a foil lined baking sheet at 375 for about 30 minutes.
Bring the broth to a boil.
Add the spinach and pasta and boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the meatballs to heat through.
You can make the meatballs ahead and then throw it all together when you want to make it.
This soup freezes well.
