1, 18 ounce package fully-cooked Italian-seasoned beef meatballs
2cups frozen mixed vegetables
1, 14 ounce can ready-to-serve beef broth
1, 14 1/2 ounce can Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1/3 cup uncooked small pasta shells
shredded Parmesan cheese
Combine meatballs, vegetables, broth, tomatoes, water and pasta
in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 8 to 10
minutes, until pasta is tender.
To serve sprinkle with shredded Parmesan as desired.
Serves 4.
