List of Ingredients
1/4 finely chopped onion
1/4 c. water
2 16oz. cans no fat refried beans
1 3/4 c. vegetable broth
1 14 1/2oz. can drained corn
1/3 c. mild salsa
1/2 tsp. ground cuminRecipe
Cook onion in water in a medium saucepan until the onion is tender and the water is gone.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
