Spicy Shrimp + Corn Bisque
4 cups milk, (can use 1% milk)
1, 8 ounce baking potato, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning for seafood
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2, 14 3/4 ounce cans cream style corn
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
In a Dutch oven, combine milk, potato, Cajun seasoning
and pepper; bring to a boil over medium/high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Stir in corn and bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
