You can use more ground beef, I prefer less. Very good
Vegetable Meatball Soup
1/4 pound ground beef
1, 10 ounce package frozen mixed
...vegetables of your choice...(there are so many different
...mixtures out there these days)
2 cups water
1, 16 ounce can stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
1 cup tomato sauce or V-8 vegetable juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Roll ground beef into small balls. Brown in a large saucepan.
Drain off excess fat and stir in rest of ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Then simmer 20 minutes.
