Rita gave me this a long time ago, she is gone but never forgotten
Stuffing, breadcrumb - Rita's
4 small sausage links
1 small chopped onion
splash of soy sauce
1 small can beef broth
seasoned bread crumbs
Remove the sausage from the casings and break up.
Saute the sausage with the onion.
Cook slow until they are done.
Add the soy sauce.
Pour the broth into the pan and let simmer.
Take off the heat.
Add just enough crumbs to moisten the mixture.
This is good for chicken, beef or pork.
