Broccoli Stuffing Casserole
2, 10 ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped fine
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 package herbed stuffing mix
Cook broccoli to package directions. Drain.
Combine eggs, onion, soup and mayonnaise into a sauce.
Place layer of broccoli in a 2 quart casserole.
Add layer of cheese.
Pour small amount of sauce on top.
Repeat layers until all are used.
Top with dry stuffing mix.
Sprinkle butter on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
