Stuffing, carrot
4 cups sliced + cooked carrots, drained
1, 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup melted butter, (1 stick)
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1, 6 ounce box chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Mix everything, except Monetery Jack cheese together
in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with the Monterey
Jack cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for about
30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
