Cranberry Stuffing

Great side dish with pork.
Cranberry Stuffing
1 large stalk of celery, chopped
1 medium apple, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon butter
3 cups bread cubes
1 teaspoon savory leaves (poultry seasoniong)
(if using dried sage, use 1/2 teaspoon)
1/2 cup of whole berry cranberry sauce
2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
a sprinkle of fresh ground pepper
Saute celery, apple, and onion in butter until tender.
Add to bread cubes and savory leaves.
Combine cranberry sauce with brown sugar, orange
juice concentrate and ground pepper.
Heat in a small pan until sugar is dissolved.
Add to bread mixture and mix well.
Bake in a greased casserole dish at 375 degrees F.
for 20 to 30 minutes uncovered.
