    Stuffing, Pineapple #5

    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    2 cups sugar
    8 eggs
    2 cans (20 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    10 slices day old white bread, cubed

    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs,
    one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in
    pineapple and juice. Fold in the cubes. Pour into a greased
    13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees
    F. for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Makes 12 - 16 servings.
