    Stuffing, Pineapple #7

    1/2 cup room temperature butter, (1 stick)
    1 cup white granulated sugar
    5 eggs
    1, 16 ounce can crushed pineapple
    5 slices white bread, cut into small pieces

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 2 quart baking dish or
    a 9x13x2 inch pan.
    In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream together butter
    and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple,
    then bread pieces. Spread mixture in baking dish. Bake, uncovered,
    for 1 hour. Serve warm as a side dish to ham, pork or poultry, or
    chilled as a side for sandwiches.
    Makes 8 servings.
