Sun Dried Tomato Bread Ring

List of Ingredients
2 loaves uncooked frozen bread, slightly defrosted
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. marinated sun dried tomatoes, drained + chopped
2 tbsp. dried chives or 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes Recipe
Place the slightly defrosted bread on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the loaves in half lengthwise.
Then cut each half into 6 pieces. You should have 12 pieces from each loaf. Keep the 1/2's separated.
Grease a large bundt pan.
Dip one pile of the bread pieces of bread into the melted butter and then into the Parmesan cheese and place in the bundt pan.
Sprinkle with 1/3 of the sun dried tomatoes, 1/3 of the chives and 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese, making sure that they do not touch the pan or they will burn.
Continue with the other piles of bread pieces, ending with just the bread pieces on the top.
Cover with a dry towel and let rise until doubled in size. (Approximately 1 hour in a warm, draft free area.)
Preheat oven to 375.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove bread from pan immediately after baking.
Makes 1 loaf.
