Sour Cream Topping Mix for Baked Potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter, (1 stick)
1, 16 ounce container sour cream
pinch garlic salt
pinch paprika
5 ounces grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
pinch seasoning salt
scant teaspoon granulated white sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in a blender/processor.
Place into container with a lid and chill.
Tastes better after it sits a bit.
This will keep for at least 2 weeks.
