Make Gel Potpourri

you will need:
a bottle of liquid potpourri
pretty jars or bowls
and unflavored gelatin

Put 2 packages of gelatin into a bowl.
Bring 1 cup of potpourri to a boil.
Pour the potpourri into the bowl with the gelatin.
Stir until mixed.
Pour in 1 more cup of potpourri and stir.
Fill all your pretty jars with the mixture.
Place a doily on top or a piece of tulle and tie a ribbon around it.
Or
If you like the crumbled up gel look, just use a fork and stir it up.
