craft - Card + Paper Ornaments

Recycle cards and wrapping paper to make great Christmas ornaments but also
can be decorated for ANY occasion.
    Parental supervision is recommended.

This project is rated VERY EASY to do.

    you will need:

wrapping paper scraps, old cards, or construction paper,
...(if using a magazine clipping, it is so shiney the print
....you wanted to use will probably not show up when done)
hot glue gun or a good glue

    Your choice of decorative effects

This is a great way to recycle cards and leftover pieces
    of wrapping paper.
Cut papers into oblong block. Remember that when
done -- example an 81/2 x10 inch piece of paper will make
    a 6 3/4 inch round

Fold desired length of paper in half. I used 20 inches long and 5 inches
    wide, when all folded.
Fold paper or card accordion style.
Hot glue or tape short end. Fluff out into fan shape.
Decorate with anything!! I use ribbons, bows, tiny ornaments and spray with
glitter, hang a ribbon on top for hanger.
