    To prevent poultry from sticking to roasting pan:
    Put fresh celery and/or a quartered onion and/or
    a sliced carrot underneath the meat.

    Works wonderfully and this flavors the drippings to
    make a wonderful gravy.

    Also try cooking the turkey, breast side down, it
    will be moister when cooked this way.
