When making up cookies, double or tripe your recipe,
it does not take much time to increase the amounts.
Bake the one portion.
Roll the rest of the dough into long logs.
Double wrap and freeze.

Then, when you want to make more cookies,
all you need do is defrost, slice and bake.
Or
slice it frozen and lay on the sheets,
let defrost and then bake.
What a great idea for whenever you want some good
