    personal care - Wrinkle Cream

    2 Tablespoons vodka
    1 Tablespoon fennel seeds
    1 1/2 teaspoons honey

    Combine ingredients and stir well.
    Let set for 3 days and then strain.
    Use full strength.
    Dillute with 2 Tablespoons of water and
    apply with cotton ball for toner.
