2 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vegetable or olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Lemon slices and dill for garnish
Set a Black & Decker® Toast-R-OvenT to 400°F; heat 5 minutes. Meanwhile,
line the oven pan with foil; arrange salmon, skin side down, in pan.
In a small bowl, combine mustard, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Brush
mixture over salmon. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes when
tested with fork. Garnish with lemon slices and dill.
Tip: To determine cooking time for fish, measure height of fish at the
thickest part. Cook 10 minutes per inch.
This recipe may be doubled, depending upon the size of your Toast-R-Oven. Do
not crowd the oven pan.
